USC University Hospital’s Concierge Desk is staffed by service professionals available to help USC patients, their families and the hospital staff. Located in the hospital’s main lobby, the concierge desk has information about the hospital and is available to offer access to a variety of services to help make the stay of patients and their families as comfortable as possible.
Below are services that the concierge can coordinate on behalf of the patient or the patient’s family.
Hotel / Long-Term Housing Reservations
Transportation Arrangements (from hotel, airport or train station to and from the hospital)
To access these services, call the Concierge Desk at (323) 442-8787 or via email. You may also visit the desk in our lobby or fax your request to (323) 442-8722. The Concierge Desk is open from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
