As a service line administrator, Croner ensures that clinic programs provide for the coordinated delivery of care for patients from point of entry through discharge and improve operational efficiency. She also partners with physician leaders to create a stronger connection between the hospital and the medical staff, and brings to life the clinical vision of the department chairs.

Prior to joining USC in November of 2009, Croner worked at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles as vice president of Business Development and Strategic Planning, and prior to that held administrative positions at UCLA Medical Center.
