As a service line administrator, Jordan ensures that clinic programs provide for the coordinated delivery of care for patients from point of entry through discharge and improve operational efficiency. She also partners with physician leaders to create a stronger connection between the hospital and the medical staff, and brings to life the clinical vision of the department chairs.

Jordan joined USC in 2004 as administrative director of the Departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the Keck School of Medicine.
